Welcome to Minneota High School Activities/Athletic Registration
7-12 Parents and Students must complete the registration together!
Community Education registration is also located on this page. Parents will create an account they will use for their child throughout their time at Minneota Schools.
Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered.
IMPORTANT: You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.
Step 1: All 7-12 High School Sports Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office (not required for Community Ed sports). Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of your last physical. You can get the blank physical form 24-25 MSHSL PHYSICAL FORM. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the office or you can scan it and submit completed physical forms online.
Step 2: Click the registration drop down tab at the top of the page to access the online registration form page and complete it (includes all forms in one). If you've ever registered here for an activity/sport before, you will log into your account. If you haven't, you'll create an account after you click an icon. Once you've completed the form, you'll have the option to CONTINUE TO PAY (credit card) or PAY LATER (cash/check). If you choose PAY LATER, send payment to the Activities Office promptly. Please note, students will not be allow to compete in contests until fees are paid.
